20-year-old pedestrian killed in Carinthia – police seek hit-and-run driver

A 20-year-old pedestrian was fatally injured by a vehicle early Sunday morning in the Völkermarkt district of Carinthia. The incident occurred shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Bleiburger Straße as the young man was traveling from a fire brigade celebration in Globasnitz towards St. Michael ob Bleiburg.
