Ex-husband of Maria da Penha arrested in Natal for violating protective order

On Sunday (9), Marco Antônio Heredia Viveros, the ex-husband of activist Maria da Penha, was preventively arrested in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. The arrest occurred after Viveros gave an interview discussing the attempted femicide involving his ex-wife, which was deemed a violation of an urgent protective measure.
