Five urban police officers in Milan jailed for illegal arrests
Accused of embezzlement, the five agents are involved in investigations into additional cases.

Five urban police officers in Milan have been arrested on charges of making illegal arrests and embezzlement. The officers are accused of acting as a 'team' and have not provided justifications for their actions, according to reports by ANSA.
The Milan public prosecutor's office is investigating not only the case from July 16, which involves falsified reports, but also at least two other arrests made by the involved agents. Rai News reported that the investigations could extend to further operations conducted by the five officers.
