Increase in violence in Yemen and Saudi Arabia due to Houthi attacks
Houthi attacks have resulted in multiple casualties in the city of Mocha and intensified tensions in Saudi Arabia, prompting international condemnation and warnings from the UN.
The Houthi militia has carried out a series of attacks in Yemen and Saudi Arabia, targeting both residential areas and strategic facilities. According to sources from Yemeni public television, at least 14 civilians have died and more than 35 were injured as a result of the bombings in the coastal city of Mocha, located in Taiz province.
Among the attacks is an assault on an Aramco oil refinery in Jazan, which has generated significant concern in the region. The Houthis, who are backed by Iran, have intensified their actions in recent weeks, reporting the use of missiles and drones in their offensives.

Iran demands that the United States meet six conditions to resume dialogue, including ending the war and providing compensation, while the Pentagon prepares to increase arms production in response to the rising tensions.
The attacks have also impacted navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, with commercial ships avoiding the area, leading Trump to declare that entire areas of the strait have been demined to facilitate safe navigation.
