Interventions and Reactions Following Naldy Saldaña's Complaint Against César Sánchez Chavesta
Naldy Saldaña remains concerned about César Sánchez's absence, while La Bella Luz faces inspections following the artist's allegations.

Naldy Saldaña has expressed her fear that César Sánchez Chavesta will not appear before justice, noting that his whereabouts are uncertain. The artist emphasized that the investigation remains active, while demanding that vigilance is maintained as authorities continue to carry out proceedings related to the case.
In light of the situation, Óscar Junior, leader of the orchestra La Bella Luz, has offered his support to Saldaña and proposed that she return to the group. He also promised to implement changes to ensure the safety of the members following the allegations against Sánchez Chavesta, which include accusations of workplace violence.
The National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (Sunafil) and the Ministry of Labor (MTPE) have conducted an intervention at the premises of La Bella Luz. This action aims to investigate Naldy Saldaña's complaint, in which she accused César Sánchez Chavesta of inappropriate touching.

Hansel Bernuy, Naldy Saldaña's partner, has also spoken out regarding the complaint against the former musical director, breaking his silence on the case. Bernuy's statement adds a new dimension to the reactions surrounding the singer's allegations.
Saldaña's lawyer has reported delays in the judicial process against César Sánchez, which could result in the loss of key evidence or the risk of the accused leaving the country before new proceedings can take place.
Additionally, the labor authorities' inspection in San Juan de Lurigancho and Comas was interrupted due to a medical episode suffered by the legal representative present. This intervention seeks to gather information about the work environment of the group following the complaint.
