Prosecutor investigates psychology graduate for assaulting child with autism

The Corporate Transitional Prosecutor's Office Specialized in Violence against Women and Members of the Family Group of Central Lima has launched a preliminary investigation against Pamela Almenara Loayza, a psychology graduate. She is accused of allegedly physically and psychologically assaulting an 11-year-old child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The complaint was filed by the child's mother after reviewing the security camera footage from their home, which captured the incident. According to reports, Almenara has denied the assault, stating that the altercation occurred in self-defense.
In addition to this complaint, Almenara also faces an accusation of indecent behavior related to another 10-year-old child. This situation has created a complicated context that the prosecutor's office is now investigating.
