Ricardo Pachón, a renowned music producer, has passed away at the age of 89. His work in flamenco music, particularly as the producer of 'La leyenda del tiempo', has been fundamental to the evolution of the genre.

Pachón is considered one of the pioneers of 'nuevo flamenco' and collaborated with a variety of prominent artists such as Camarón, Lole y Manuel, Kiko Veneno, Pata Negra, Silvio, and Tomatito. According to reports, his productions are among the most valued recordings of his time.
