A teenage attacker killed several people at a school near Bangkok. According to initial reports, at least seven individuals, including five school staff members and his own grandparents, lost their lives in the incident.

The attack occurred on October 10 at Debsirin Nonthaburi School, where the assailant opened fire with a weapon that reportedly belonged to his grandfather. Dramatic scenes unfolded during the attack, as a paramedic described how his team provided aid to the injured while shots were being fired.

According to multiple sources, the 14-year-old alleged perpetrator first killed his grandparents before going to the school and opening fire. The assailant is said to have subsequently committed suicide and was found dead in a classroom. Police have secured the area around the school.
