Tijjani Reijnders leaves Manchester City for Al Qadsiah in Saudi Arabia
Tijjani Reijnders has completed his transfer from Manchester City to Al Qadsiah for approximately €61 million, after just one season in England.

Tijjani Reijnders has finalized his move to the Saudi club Al Qadsiah. The 28-year-old midfielder departs Manchester City after just one season and has signed a contract that runs until mid-2030.
Al Qadsiah reportedly paid around €61 million (approximately $71 million) to Manchester City for Reijnders, making him the second Dutch international to move to Saudi Arabia this summer, following Crysencio Summerville.
Reijnders previously played for clubs such as AZ and AC Milan before joining Manchester City. During his time at City, he represented the Netherlands at the 2026 World Cup in North America.

The news of his transfer was reported by various media outlets including NOS and Voetbal International. These outlets confirmed that Al Qadsiah was interested in Reijnders and that the team finished fourth in the Saudi league last year.
Earlier, Premier League club Nottingham Forest also expressed interest in the midfielder's services, but ultimately he opted for a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
This transfer marks a significant step in Reijnders' career, as he embarks on a new adventure abroad.
