Two Spaniards, a father and son from Catalonia, have been arrested in Paraguay on suspicion of a double murder. According to reports, the detainees deceived the victims under the pretext of conducting a gold sale, which led them to commit the crime.
Furthermore, it has been revealed that the father had previously been convicted in 2014 for planning the kidnapping of a drug trafficker's son from prison, in a case that involved a ransom demand of five million euros.
