€20 Pass available in Lisbon and Porto areas in September

The president of PSD, Luís Montenegro, announced that a new transportation pass called the 'green pass' will be available in the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto for €20. This measure was unveiled on Friday during an event in the Algarve.

The 'green pass' is designed to facilitate access to public transport in high-traffic areas, promoting the use of collective transport. The introduction of the pass will be implemented starting in early September.

With the arrival of this pass in Lisbon and Porto, it is expected that more citizens will choose sustainable transport alternatives, contributing to the reduction of traffic and pollution in urban areas.
