Portuguese athlete Agate de Sousa competed today in the long jump final during the European Athletics Championships taking place in Birmingham 2026.
Agate de Sousa achieved a jump of 6.96 meters on her third attempt, securing fourth place in the competition. This mark was insufficient to replicate her success from the previous edition, where she won a bronze medal.
This result marks a disappointment for the athlete, who was unable to match or surpass her previous performance at the championships.
