Bank of Italy: Public debt exceeds 3.2 trillion euros in June
Italy's public debt reaches a new record, increasing by 26.2 billion compared to May.
According to the Bank of Italy, Italy's public debt surpassed 3.2 trillion euros in June. The publication "Public Finance: Requirements and Debt" highlighted that the share of debt held by foreign investors rose to 35.9%.
Compared to the previous month, the debt increased by 26.2 billion euros. This marks a new record for Italy's public finances amid growing scrutiny over debt management.
