Belgian eventers secure Olympic ticket at World Championships in Aachen

The Belgian eventers managed to secure their ticket for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles on Sunday at the World Championships in Aachen. They finished in eighth place with a total of 175.7 points.

The qualification was made possible because the host country, the United States, placed in the top seven. This meant that the Belgians, despite their eighth place, had collected enough points to qualify for the Games.

Belgium participated in the equestrian World Championships with high expectations and can now look forward to competing at the Olympic Games following this achievement.
