According to reports, the second leg of the semifinal will take place at the Maracanã Stadium. This decision was made by a Brazilian court after negotiations regarding the use of São Januário Stadium, which did not meet the required capacity.

The return match is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20. Boca Juniors returns to the Maracanã, where they suffered a defeat in the Copa Libertadores final three years ago.

Despite the defeat, Boca Juniors is looking to bounce back in their next opportunity and move towards the final of the continental tournament.
