Boeing receives approval for 737 MAX 7

The US aviation authority FAA has approved the 737 MAX 7, the smallest model in Boeing's 737 MAX series. This comes nearly a year after the intended approval and follows a series of safety issues that previously halted releases.

Boeing had been awaiting this approval since 2022. The delay was attributed to two crashes and ongoing quality problems that had plagued the company in the past.
