Burgenland: 17-Year-Old and Four Relatives Charged with Infanticide
In Burgenland, a 17-year-old woman is accused of murdering her newborn. Four other family members are also facing trial for alleged involvement in the murder.
A 17-year-old from Burgenland is accused of killing her child during childbirth. The charges were brought after the lifeless newborn was discovered in January at the Nickelsdorf border crossing.
In addition to the mother, four relatives have also been charged, suspected of being involved in the alleged murder. The trial against the five individuals has already begun.
