Candela Arizaga expands her testimony in the Facundo Moyano case
The young woman testified again before the prosecutor's office and requested to lift the restraining order against Facundo Moyano.

Candela Arizaga, 23, expanded her testimony today, Monday, August 24, before the Prosecutor's Office No. 3 of CABA, led by prosecutor Florencia Nocerez, in the case against Facundo Moyano. The young woman came forward to clarify points that were left pending in her initial statement. So far, 11 witnesses have testified in the investigation.
During her testimony, Arizaga reiterated her request to lift the restraining order against former national deputy Facundo Moyano, 41. Her lawyer, Roberto Herrera, also emphasized that, according to her version of events, there was no violence on the night of August 4.
Arizaga chose not to speak with the press after leaving the prosecutor's office. However, the expansion of her testimony included clarifications about the health episode she experienced after the incident, as well as details on how she recovered her cellphone that she had left at Moyano's house.

According to reports from Infobae, Arizaga corrected part of her initial statement regarding the health episode, clarifying aspects that had not been clear in her first presentation to the judicial authorities. The young woman seems to be seeking a resolution in the controversy linking her to Moyano.
The case of Facundo Moyano has generated considerable media interest since the start of the investigation. Arizaga's statements are part of a process in which various testimonies and pieces of evidence are being collected.
The case progresses as the prosecutor's office evaluates the information provided by all witnesses, including the accounts of Arizaga and her lawyer. The context of the situation continues to be the subject of analysis by the media.
