The Civil Guard has dismantled a network that targeted migrant minors in a center in the Canary Islands with the aim of prostituting them in France. This operation takes place amidst controversy over the reception of adolescents arriving in Ceuta.

Six girls of Sub-Saharan origin have been freed during the intervention, and five individuals involved in the organization that facilitated their sexual exploitation have been arrested.
