The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has decided to uphold the block on Donald Trump’s ballroom project at the White House. This decision follows concerns about the lack of Congressional approval for the project.
According to reports, the court clarified that this block was not related to the merits of the project itself, but rather to procedural issues indicating that the work was initiated without legislative approval.
Donald Trump denounced this situation as a "national disgrace" and stated that he plans to petition the Supreme Court of the United States within 14 days to challenge the decision.
