The Portuguese Professional Football League (LPFP) has announced the dates for the classic matches of Liga I, involving the clubs FC Porto, Benfica, and Sporting. The encounters promise intense emotions, with FC Porto hosting Benfica on September 20 and Sporting on November 29.

These matches correspond to the seventh and twelfth rounds of the championship, respectively. FC Porto, currently at the top of the standings, will face Benfica in a match that is always highly anticipated in the national league.

Regarding the match between FC Porto and Sporting, this will also be an important moment in the season, given the competitive context in which both teams find themselves.

In addition to these classics, the transfer market continues to make headlines, with Benfica, FC Porto, and Sporting organizing their teams ahead of the UEFA player registration deadline.

Renato Soares, a journalist from zerozero.pt, analyzed the latest movements in the transfer market, noting that the three 'big' clubs have had to expedite the process of player entries and exits.

Although the market has not yet closed, there is heightened pressure for the teams to present competitive lineups in the upcoming rounds, especially in decisive matches against direct rivals.
