E313 to Antwerp closed due to burning truck in Beringen
A truck loaded with pears was completely engulfed in flames on the E313 in Beringen, leading to the closure of the highway towards Antwerp.
On Tuesday afternoon, a fire broke out on the E313 near the exit in Paal (Beringen), where a truck loaded with pears was completely destroyed. According to images from a nearby observer, huge flames were leaping across the grass.
The fire department responded in large numbers to bring the situation under control. As a result of the fire, the E313 towards Antwerp was completely closed for some time.
