Eight mutilated corpses have been discovered in two graves in a mining area in southern Ecuador, specifically near Huasipamba, according to reports. The bodies were bound and showed signs of mutilation, prompting the police to open an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the find.
In addition to the bodies, authorities found two burned vehicles at the same site. The discovery of these human remains occurred at a makeshift camp in a mountainous region that is difficult to access, complicating recovery efforts.
