During the presidential debate held by Band, Flávio Bolsonaro, the PL presidential candidate, was questioned by current President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva about the possibility of adopting an economic model similar to that implemented by his ally, Javier Milei, in Argentina. However, Bolsonaro avoided giving a clear answer and sidestepped the issue, which generated expectations around his political stance.

The same question regarding the Argentine model drew significant attention, as it was a relevant element in the debate. Bolsonaro's demeanor was seen as evasive, leading to speculation about his political intentions regarding Argentina, which had previously been considered a reference by the candidate's campaign.

At the same time, Lula's campaign filed a complaint with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) against Meta, the company responsible for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. It is alleged that Meta has been favoring Flávio Bolsonaro's candidacy, contrary to the TSE's decision aimed at ensuring equality among candidates in the elections. Lula's campaign argues that this alleged preference constitutes a violation of electoral rules.

Lula also highlighted the presence of misinformation campaigns on social media during the elections, which motivates his team to request the annulment of Flávio Bolsonaro's candidacy based on the claim of Meta's interference in the electoral process. This issue has been a central focus in discussions involving the campaigns of both candidates.

On another front, Bolsonaro's defense has directly addressed the TSE to question Meta's response regarding the 'Lula's Army,' a WhatsApp group. The defense seeks clarification from Meta regarding the lack of evidence of coordinated behavior within this group, emphasizing concerns about the integrity of communication on social media during the electoral period.

Additionally, Bolsonaro submitted a request to the TSE for the annulment of Lula's candidacy, arguing that it has been promoting illegal propaganda on the WhatsApp messaging platform. This request comes amid a heated atmosphere between the campaigns, reflecting the growing tension as the elections approach.
