Florentino Pérez has increased his stake in ACS (Actividades de Construcción y Servicios) to 15.015%, solidifying his position as its main shareholder. This increase has occurred through his company, Rosán Inversiones, and represents a rise from the previous 14.896%, according to records from the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) consulted by Europa Press.
Pérez's new percentage places him at historic highs, surpassing other significant stakes in the company, such as Criteria Caixa, which holds 10.648%, and BlackRock with 5.057%.
The valuation of Pérez's stake in ACS is estimated to exceed 4.5 billion euros, asserting his influence in the management of the construction company.
