The France team has announced the withdrawal of Warren Zaïre-Emery, who sustained a left thigh injury during PSG's victory over Marseille in Ligue 1 on Saturday. The midfielder, who was called up for the Blues' gathering, will not be able to participate in the training scheduled this week at Clairefontaine.

Maghnes Akliouche, Zaïre-Emery's teammate at PSG, has been called up to replace him in the squad. The Blues' staff was informed of the situation after discussions with the Parisian club.

According to reports, Zaïre-Emery is suffering from a "slight lesion in his left thigh," making his presence impossible for this first match under the guidance of Zinédine Zidane.

This gathering marks the beginning of the Zidane era as head coach of the national team, with players needing to adapt to his new training methods.

Zidane held his first training session on Monday, where players were able to witness his technical skills and mastery on the field, according to accounts from some of them.

The new coach also conveyed messages to the players about the importance of wearing the France team jersey, as evidenced by Esteban Lepaul's reaction to his first call-up.
