Pricing for Gemini 3.8 Flash is set at $0.75 per million input tokens, the same as its predecessor. This pricing strategy is applicable until the end of 2026, maintaining consistency as the models evolve.

Benchmarks suggest that Gemini 3.8 Flash has improved its performance metrics, not only catching up with competitors like Opus 5 but also setting a foundation for advanced features in various applications. Internally conducted tests reportedly show progress against other established models in the coding segment.

With this release, Google's Flash line has seen three significant updates within six weeks, illustrating the company's rapid development cycle in the AI domain. As Gemini 3.8 Flash interacts with agent-based tasks and complex multi-step scenarios, it aims to redefine efficiency and capability in AI applications.
