At the end of the match between Vélez and Defensa y Justicia, which ended in a 1-1 draw, an altercation occurred between coaches Guillermo Barros Schelotto and Julio Vaccari. According to reports, during the first half, Vaccari had referenced a previous confrontation with Barros Schelotto, who allegedly told him to 'shut up' and called him 'ill-mannered'.

Tension continued to rise as the second half progressed, where both coaches exchanged words from their respective benches. After the final whistle, Barros Schelotto approached Vaccari in the locker room tunnel, where the situation escalated into a physical fight between the two.

The incident was captured on video, showing the confrontation and generating a stir among fans and media. The altercation not only overshadowed the match's outcome but also left a negative impression regarding the conduct of the coaches.

Such behavior is unusual in professional football, especially among coaches of this caliber, who have experience in handling situations on the field.
