Heracles Almelo opens season with thrilling victory, NAC Breda triumphs after comeback
Heracles Almelo and NAC Breda have spectacularly started their season in the first division with significant wins. Both teams were relegated from the Eredivisie last season.

Heracles Almelo opened the new season in the first division with a thrilling victory against VVV-Venlo. The club took a 3-0 lead in the first half with goals from Tristan van Gilst, David Vicente, and Jean-Paul N'djoli. However, towards the end of the match, VVV-Venlo fought back, with Dean Zandbergen scoring twice and Devy Hendrix leveling the score at 3-3.
In the final minutes, however, N'djoli scored again with a powerful long-range shot, securing the victory for Heracles Almelo. This goal came just two minutes before the end of regular time.

NAC Breda also had a successful start to the season, completing a comeback against TOP Oss. NAC faced difficulties but ultimately managed to turn the game around and claim the win.
Both clubs hope to continue their strong start in the league after being relegated from the Eredivisie last season. This is an important season for Heracles and NAC, who aim to bounce back and return to the highest level.
