High-Level Meetings Take Place at SCO Summit in Kyrgyzstan
World leaders, including Prime Ministers Modi and Pashinyan, gather for the SCO Summit in Kyrgyzstan amid ongoing tensions in the region.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a working visit to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit. His attendance highlights Armenia's commitment to regional collaboration amid ongoing geopolitical issues.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also participated in the SCO Summit, where he met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. During their meeting, Modi discussed the importance of maintaining peace and stability in the region, as well as ensuring the freedom of navigation and commerce.
The Summit has attracted significant attention due to the current tensions in the West Asia region. On March 21, Modi and Pezeshkian had spoken about the evolving security situation, emphasizing the need for dialogue and collaborative efforts to address these challenges.

In addition to Pashinyan and Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Kyrgyzstan for the Summit. He was welcomed at Manas International Airport by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, signaling the importance of this multilateral meeting.
The discussions at the SCO Summit are expected to cover various issues, including economic cooperation and security concerns that affect member states. Leaders are focusing on fostering a collaborative environment to navigate the complex landscape currently facing the region.
As the Summit progresses, the outcomes of the meetings among these leaders remain critical for regional dynamics, especially in light of the recent exchanges of fire reported in the area. Iran's leadership has expressed a desire for a negotiated resolution to ongoing conflicts.
