Households Near New Pylons to Benefit from Energy Bill Discounts

The government aims to offer larger savings for those living closest to the new infrastructure, with some households potentially saving up to £2,500 over the course of ten years if they reside within 500 meters of the pylons.

Details on the first locations benefiting from this program have been revealed. Households situated within approximately 1,600 feet of the upgraded pylons will be included in the discount scheme.
