Incident at Linate: Service Car Collides with Private Jet
At Linate, a service car collided with a private jet, causing flight diversions and suspended air traffic.
An incident occurred at Linate Airport when a service car, a Fiat Panda, failed to stop and collided with the nose of a private jet, a Hawker Beechcraft 400A, during taxiing operations.
The driver of the car, a woman, was assisted while in a state of agitation. No injuries were reported among the staff and passengers involved in the episode.
Following the incident, two flights were diverted and air traffic was suspended for about half an hour, causing disruptions for waiting passengers. A video of the incident began circulating online.
