Organisers of the Badminton World Championships in India have taken an unusual approach to ensure the event runs smoothly. They have hired men to dress up as langurs to deter monkeys from entering the venue.
This decision follows earlier disturbances during the India Open, where macaques disrupted the proceedings. The langur mimics aim to prevent a repeat of such incidents at the championships.
