The Paris prosecutor's office has opened an investigation following a cyberattack targeting Groupement Mousquetaires, the owner of the Intermarché supermarket chain. According to information provided by the company, hackers gained access to sensitive data of nearly 300,000 customers.
The compromised information includes personal details such as names, first names, phone numbers, postal addresses, birth dates, as well as loyalty card numbers. Details related to certain online orders have also been exposed.
Groupement Mousquetaires reported this incident and has taken steps to secure its systems and protect customer data.
