The Gulf state of Kuwait was once again targeted by Iranian strikes on Thursday morning. According to Kuwait's military, "hostile rocket and drone attacks" were recorded. These attacks followed two nights of mutual shelling in the conflict between Iran and Kuwait.

Kuwait's air defense reported that it was able to fend off the attacks, with sounds of explosions attributed to the interception of the drones. This is considered a sign of the defense systems' effectiveness.

Iran's state broadcaster IRIB reported on platform X that these attacks are a response to "America's crimes." According to the report, the attacks specifically targeted U.S. military bases in Kuwait.

The situation in the region remains tense, with both sides regularly conducting military actions. The repeated use of drones and missiles by Iran highlights the ongoing conflicts between the involved nations and their allies. The exact impact on Kuwait's security situation and the region remains unclear.
