Italy has expressed its solidarity with Colombia following a 7.4 magnitude earthquake recorded in the country. Colombian authorities reported at least 132 fatalities due to the quake, which affected large parts of the national territory.
Among the victims, the death of a six-year-old child was confirmed, who was the son of Leonel Valencia, the mayor of Bahía Solano in the Chocó department. This earthquake, which occurred on Monday, has had a significant impact on various affected communities.
