Judge Pedraz takes over the investigation of the Leire Díez case

Judge Pedro Pedraz has assumed full responsibility for the investigation of the Leire Díez case by incorporating the 14 volumes that were under the instruction of a judge in Madrid. This decision comes after Judge Zamarriego referred the case to the Audiencia Nacional.

Last week, Zamarriego accepted that both cases are "indissolubly" linked, which led the Audiencia Nacional to integrate the Leire Díez case into its jurisdiction.
