Layoffs at Refactor Games after Release of "FIFA World Cup"

Following the release of the video game "FIFA World Cup," developer studio Refactor Games has laid off 85 percent of its workforce. This decision came just a few days after the game's launch, which had set high expectations.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino had previously expressed a vision to set new standards in football video games with "FIFA World Cup." However, reports indicate that the game did not achieve the desired success, leading to the drastic layoffs at the studio.
