Murder in Llanes: Civil Guard with Criminal Record Involved

The civil guard who killed his ex-partner in Llanes had been stationed in Zamora for nine years but had traveled several times to Llanes to look for her. According to reports, during one of these visits, he assaulted the victim with a punch, and on another occasion, a gun was found in the trunk of his vehicle.

Additionally, the president of the TSJA pointed out that the officer already had several open criminal proceedings against him, including a previous ruling for gender-based violence, and was being investigated for violating the separation order issued in his case.
