Nicola Maggiotto in coma in Barcelona: assaulted during a night out

Nicola Maggiotto, a twenty-one-year-old from Asolo, is currently in a pharmacological coma in Barcelona due to two brain injuries sustained in an assault. According to reports from Rai News, the young man was attacked from behind by ten people during an evening spent with friends.

ANSA reported that Maggiotto's night was quiet, and updates are expected in the coming hours. Sky TG24 added that there may be a reduction of the substances keeping the young man in an unconscious state to assess the damage while he is awake.
