Nvidia expands Nemotron family with 3.5 Lightning and NeMo Switchyard

Nvidia has introduced the latest version of its multimodal and open Nemotron model family, known as Nemotron 3.5 Lightning. This development aims to enhance the performance of agent-based artificial intelligences by enabling them to operate faster, more cost-effectively, and with greater flexibility across various environments, from local PCs to cloud data centers.

In addition to Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, Nvidia has also presented the open-source solution NeMo Switchyard. This library provides components that facilitate model routing for AI agents, significantly accelerating the handling of workloads for these agents.
