The president of the College of Ophthalmology has urged the public to exercise increased caution during the natural phenomenon. This precaution is essential to prevent ocular health issues resulting from improper observation of the eclipse.

Recommendations include using special glasses for eclipse viewing and avoiding looking directly at the sun without proper protection. Public awareness is considered fundamental to mitigate the risks associated with this astronomical event.
