P. Chidambaram Responds to PM Modi's 'Dimagi Naxal' Remarks

P. Chidambaram, a senior Congress leader, responded to Prime Minister Modi's recent remarks labeling him and others as 'dimagi naxals'. During a speech, Modi warned of ideological Naxals perceived as threats to the nation, claiming that their influence is entrenched within the system.

Chidambaram declared his pride in being called a 'dimagi naxal', an apparent retort to the Prime Minister’s characterization. This exchange highlights a growing political tension between the ruling government and opposition leaders.

The Congress party criticized Modi for targeting political opponents with such terminology, indicating a broader concern regarding the use of labels in political discourse. Other opposition parties also expressed disapproval of the remarks made by the Prime Minister.
