The leadership of the PAN has announced an initiative to regulate the right of reply during the Executive's morning conferences. The goal of this proposal is to allow immediate responses from citizens and political parties during the mañaneras.
For its part, Citlalli Hernández Mora, a representative of Morena, rejected the initiative and criticized the PAN for attempting to impose censorship. She stated that the conferences held by Claudia Sheinbaum provide daily information to the public and defended that no space has been closed to the opposition.
