Paris Administrative Court upholds expulsion of Xenia Fedorova
The Paris Administrative Court has once again dismissed the appeal against the expulsion of columnist Xenia Fedorova, accused of pro-Russian disinformation.

The Paris Administrative Court has rejected the interim appeal filed by Xenia Fedorova regarding her expulsion. The judges deemed that the urgent condition necessary for a swift ruling was not met.
This decision follows accusations that Fedorova has been a conduit for disinformation campaigns orchestrated by the Russian authorities, aimed at destabilizing public order in France.
Fedorova, known for her ties to media associated with Vincent Bolloré, was unable to demonstrate the urgent need for an immediate judgment according to the judges, leading to this second rejection of her appeal.
The expulsion measures and the freezing of her assets remain in effect following these judicial decisions.
