Pogba and AS Monaco part ways after just 115 minutes of play

AS Monaco has announced that it has terminated its contract with Paul Pogba. This comes after the French midfielder played only 115 minutes for the club in a season. Pogba signed a two-year contract last year following a lengthy doping suspension but could only manage six appearances for the Ligue 1 club.
The Monegasques announced the decision on Wednesday, bringing an early end to their cooperation with Pogba. This is disappointing for both the player and the club, given the high expectations following his return to the competition.
Pogba had hoped to revive his career at AS Monaco, but injuries and other circumstances prevented him from reaching the level that was expected of him.
