During a court session on Tuesday, the Public Prosecution Service requested a fifteen-month prison sentence for 50-year-old Ersan A. He is accused of forcing his underage son to participate in cybercrime. According to the indictment, his son was allegedly involved in criminal activities such as helpdesk fraud.

Previously, Ersan A.'s son was convicted for threatening with a shooting in Zaandam. This case stems from the investigation into the father's role in the cybercrime in which the son was involved.
