Russian attacks on several regions in Ukraine: fatalities and injuries reported
On September 7 and 8, 2023, Russian forces conducted multiple assaults on Ukrainian regions, resulting in fires, injuries, and evacuations.

On September 7, 2023, Russian forces attacked commercial and storage facilities in the Kyiv region. According to media reports, the attacks caused damage to the sites.
Also on September 7, the districts of Borispol and Fastov in the Kyiv Oblast were struck. These attacks led to several fires in the affected areas.
On September 8, an assault targeted the office of the Ukrainian television station "Wir-Ukraine," injuring five people. Besides the office spaces, newsrooms were also damaged.

In the Sumy region, civilian trains were repeatedly attacked on September 8. During an attack on a train from Kyiv to Sumy, 90 people had to be evacuated, with no injuries reported.
The Ukrainian Air Forces reported that 165 enemy drones were neutralized during the attacks. Nevertheless, hits were registered at 23 locations, underscoring the ongoing threat.
Additionally, there were attacks in the Dnipro region and Zolochiv in Kharkiv Oblast, which also resulted in injuries. In Dnipro, Russian attacks caused fires in a warehouse and a residential building.
