Russian Ministry plans no restrictions for children on social networks
The Russian Ministry of Digital Development sees no need to restrict children's access to social networks, leaving it to parents.

The Russian Ministry of Digital Development (MinTsifry) has stated that there are no plans to restrict children's access to social networks. Instead, the issue of additional security measures for child SIM cards will be left in the hands of parents, who can voluntarily take appropriate actions.
Furthermore, a second package of measures against fraud in digital media is being prepared, aimed at enhancing user safety. However, details on these initiatives have not yet been released.
