During the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, Russian strikes hit several regions of Ukraine, resulting in at least six deaths, according to local authorities. These attacks also caused power outages in some neighborhoods of Kyiv, where energy infrastructure was severely damaged.

The Ukrainian Air Force announced that key areas targeted by the strikes included Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast. More than 39 missiles, including those from the Iskander and S-400 systems, were detected, alongside 128 drones used in the strikes.

Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the situation, stating that he relies on the partnership with the United States despite difficulties, including concerns regarding American military support amid the intensifying Russian attacks.

He also expressed a feeling of betrayal regarding recent announcements by Donald Trump and restrictions imposed on the Starlink satellite network, which have affected Ukrainian military communications during the strikes.

Russian attacks on energy infrastructure appear to be intensifying, as Ukrainian authorities worry about the impact of power outages on the population. The strikes from last night are viewed as part of a broader bombing campaign.

In response to Moscow's strikes, Zelensky announced that Ukrainian operations against Russian refineries would resume, stating that he no longer intends to spare these targets, signaling a willingness to counter the ongoing threat.
